We use a algorithm to search the First MLS and Georgia MLS to find undervalued properties in the 13 counties all around metro Atlanta. The algorithm finds homes that are priced at a 20% or greater discount relative to the average selling price of comparable homes in the same neighborhood. |
Metro Atlanta Value Plays |
Our Vaule Plays are a list of properties that <4000 sq.ft. and are selling at or below $101/sq.ft. which is about 30% or more below the average selling price. Some of these properties are major fixer-uppers which can only be purchased with cash, others needing minor repairs and possibly some in 'move-in ready' condition tht can be purchased with financing. |
Buyers of these homes can repair, renovate and/or remodel to increase home equity. With increased home value (and equity), homeowners can sell for a nice profit, refinance to eliminate their Mortgage Insurance premium or refinance to pull some cash out for other purposes. |
